Sleeping Beauty

Well, I haven't got much done in the past week, since work has been frenetic, but what I did get done was an all-day lifedrawing session [the longest I've ever attempted], which was wonderful. The model did indeed fall asleep [Twice in fact. We were hard put to wake her, but at least she was comfortable!]

Pastel, chalk and charcoal on A1 (I think...) Canford card from Hobbycraft, cunningly salvaged in the middle of a pouring rainstorm at 7:30pm the eve before the lifedrawing session, when I realised I had no big paper to work on and Hobbycraft was the only art-type place still open [yay for Hobbycraft...]. The edges of the picture have been touched up in Photoshop, but I left the drawing alone.
